  Through a recommendation, I selected Ken to be my realtor in 2013. While slightly hesitant due to his inexperience in the Oak Cliff area, it ended not making a difference. It was my first home buying experience and I was prone to many of the rookie mistakes. He was able to anticipate my naivety, preventing more than one disaster. Took only a few months of hunting to find the right house and the buying process couldn't have been smoother. About 3 years later when it became time to sell, he again offered excellent guidance, leading to a quick and profitable sale- we sold within a week of it being on the market. Attention to detail and follow-up are paramount in the real estate industry and those are his strongest assets.

  My husband and I recently purchased our first home in Dallas and with the help of Ken, the process was smooth and efficient. Ken was very responsive and easy to work with, responding quickly to our requests and questions. He is easy going and made the whole process less stressful by keeping us well informed throughout the entire closing period. We are so thankful for his help and support and would recommend him to everyone!
